PERFECT FOR 55+ AGE GROUP
These programs are for those who need to work on improving their strength and prevent falls, in order to maintain quality of life whilst exercising safely to prevent injuries.
All programs below are 1 on 1 sessions led by an Exercise Physiologist, who specialises in exercise therapy for chronic life changing conditions taking into account your specific goals.
Your session will include an assessment of your body. Your EP will come up with an exercise program for you to do in the clinic, at home, or in the gym.
You may require follow up sessions depending on your severity as you progress along towards your goal .
