- OFFICE WORKER PROGRAM -

FOR THOSE WITH POOR POSTURE, CORE STRENGTH OR BACK AND NECK STIFFNESS.

This program is designed to help you improve your posture, reduce your back and neck stiffness, and improve your core strength so that you can focus more on your work, and less on your body!

 

All programs below are 1 on 1 sessions led by an Exercise Physiologist, who specialises in postural assessments and exercise prescription to offset long standing back and neck issues.

Your session will include a thorough assessment of your body. Your EP will come up with an exercise program for you to do in the clinic, at home, in the gym or at work.

You may require follow up sessions depending on your severity as you progress along towards your goal .
