Do I need a referral to book a physio session? No. Book an appointment at our Lane Cove physio clinic to get a diagnosis and treatment support for your pain or injury straight away. If you have prior X-rays or medical documents related to your injury or condition, we recommend bringing them along to the first appointment.

How long is a physio appointment? We offer three appointment durations to meet different needs and availability.  Short appointment - 25 minutes  Ideal for existing patients who are tight on time - treatments delivered are generally more suited to smaller conditions such as muscle tension and sprains.  Standard appointment - 40 minutes Our standard appointment is suitable for a thorough assessment & treatment of most musculoskeletal conditions.  Long appointment - 55 minutes  Extended appointment for treatment for complex or chronic conditions such as arthritis, sciatica, or tendinopathy.
