"Chiropractic care is about empowering individuals to take control of their health and live life to the fullest."

Why Alex Became a Chiropractor
With a family background in medicine and a deep love for sports like weight training and bouldering, Alex has always been drawn to movement and physical well-being. After experiencing injuries firsthand, he gained a deep appreciation for the value of living pain-free. This personal journey ignited his passion for chiropractic care and solidified his belief that everyone—regardless of age or activity level—deserves to feel and move their best. Combining his professional expertise with his own recovery experience, Alex is committed to helping patients unlock their full potential and achieve long-term health.
The Most Rewarding Part of the Job
For Alex, the most fulfilling part of being a chiropractor is witnessing the transformation in his patients as they regain mobility and relief from pain. Seeing the shift from discomfort to confidence—whether in daily movement or athletic performance—is what drives him. He believes chiropractic care goes beyond treating symptoms; it’s about empowering individuals to take control of their health and live life to the fullest.
Alex’s Approach to Treatment
Alex takes a hands-on, patient-centered approach to chiropractic care, utilising techniques such as adjustments, mobilisation, and soft tissue therapy tailored to each individual's needs. He believes that the best outcomes come from a combination of manual therapy and patient-driven rehabilitation. By incorporating movement-based treatment and personalised exercise programs, Alex helps his patients recover, build resilience, and prevent future injuries. His goal is not just short-term relief but long-term health and performance.
Alex’s Sports & Common Injuries He Treats
With a strong background in weight training and sports climbing, Alex has firsthand experience with the physical demands these activities place on the body. As a result, he specialises in treating:
-
Back pain – A common issue among weightlifters and climbers due to repetitive strain and heavy loads.
-
Upper limb dysfunctions – Including shoulder, elbow, and wrist injuries often seen in climbing and strength training.
