About Jack
Jack’s journey into physiotherapy was shaped by his experience as an elite track and field athlete. Years of managing injuries sparked a deep interest in human anatomy, biomechanics and the rehabilitation process. He is passionate about not just relieving pain, but helping people understand their bodies, regain confidence and prevent future injury.
Jack combines manual therapy techniques—such as soft tissue release and joint mobilisation—with targeted rehab exercises to reduce pain, restore function and build long-term resilience. His treatment style is both hands-on and movement-focused, helping patients address the root cause of pain and return confidently to activity.
Whether you’re an athlete or simply want to move better and pain free, Jack brings energy, precision and a patient-centred approach to every session.
