About Maddie

Maddie's passion for physiotherapy stems from her background as a competitive gymnast and gymnastics coach, where she developed a strong appreciation for movement, performance and injury rehabilitation. Having experienced the physical demands of sport firsthand, she understands the importance of helping people recover from injury and return stronger with confidence.

Maddie has a particular interest in sports physiotherapy, musculoskeletal injuries and exercise-based rehabilitation. She combines hands-on treatment techniques like joint mobilisations and soft tissue therapy with individualised exercise programs to reduce pain, restore movement and build long-term resilience. She also enjoys incorporating Pilates principles to improve movement quality and control.

Beyond sport, Maddie is passionate about helping people of all activity levels move well, stay active and achieve their personal goals. She believes movement is medicine and is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centred care tailored to each individual's needs.
