About McKenzie

McKenzie knew she wanted to become a physiotherapist from a young age. Inspired by generations of female medical professionals in her family, she saw firsthand the powerful role physiotherapy plays in helping people recover, avoid unnecessary surgery, and regain confidence in their bodies.

McKenzie is passionate about helping patients move better and feel stronger, whether they are dealing with pain, recovering from surgery or looking to return to sport after an injury.

During her Doctor of Physiotherapy program, McKenzie trained at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, ranked the #2 rehab hospital in the United States, where she worked with patients recovering from complex trauma, amputations, and major surgeries. Over the years she also gained extensive experience treating sports-related injuries, helping athletes of all levels rebuild strength, restore movement, and safely return to play.

A lifelong soccer player herself, McKenzie understands the physical and emotional challenges that come with being sidelined by injury. Her approach combines manual therapy, personalised exercise prescription, and patient education to improve pain, strength, and mobility. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and motivations to create a truly individualised treatment plan.

For McKenzie, physiotherapy isn’t just about recovery, it’s about helping you live your best life and perform at your peak.
