Services

Physio treatments and services available at our North Sydney

All physiotherapy sessions focus on providing treatment techniques based on industry-proven research and scientific evidence.

  • Exercise programs. After a thorough assessment of your condition, your physio will teach you a range of exercises to encourage mobility and strengthen the affected muscles, tailored specifically to your individual needs and fitness level. Some of these exercises can be performed at home in between sessions.

  • Massage. Your physio may use massage and manual therapy techniques to loosen the affected muscles, relieve tension, increase mobility, and reduce pain/ tension.

  • Joint mobilisation. We use joint mobilisation and manipulation techniques to help joints regain full range of motion, reduce pain, and stretch out the affected muscles.

  • Dry needling. Our physios use dry needling for different injuries - short needles are inserted into the affected muscles to help release muscle tension and reduce pain. Dry needling is an effective and safe physio technique for the treatment of many myofascial pain disorders.

  • Postural advice. Your physio can help to correct postural issues or tendencies, which can address the underlying causes of many different injuries.
