In this post we are going to share with you guys an intro to plyo's for beginners following an ankle sprain! This can be used in mid to end stage rehab and is essential if trying to get back to a running-based sport/activity!
The beginner’s sequence consists of:
1) In and out hops 2) In and out hops x2 3) Forward and backward foot switches 4) Diagonal in and out 5) Square hops 6) Reactive hops
