Improve Your Push Up Technique!

One of the most common complaints from our gym/weekend warrior populations with shoulder niggles is pain with push ups or bench press.


So, we thought we'd share our top 3 tips to perform a better & safer push up!


Commonly we hear our patients reporting shoulder or lower back pain/soreness during push ups, so we're going to show YOU how can prevent areas such as these from becoming sore.


A couple of these tips can also be applied to bench/chest pressing too, so for you keen gym goers out there… watch on!
