The hamstrings and calves can be a common source of tightness in the lower body, which are usually influenced by lifestyle and training factors. Quite often we find patients benefit greatly from symptom relief with some targeted soft tissue work to the area.
Important to note, this is strictly for those with muscular tension. If you are experiencing other symptoms, for example sharp pain, recurring strains etc., it is best to first consult your local physio to assess what’s going on.
