Beginner Level Knee Rehab

Exercises such as in this video are generally the first point of call for the majority of knee injuries! The purpose of these is to fire up the quad muscles (increase neuromuscular activation) to improve the support and stability around the knee.

Exercises are as follows: 1) Standing knee extension w/ soccer ball squeeze 2) Bosu ball knee extensions 3) TKE front and rear foot 4) Wall assisted split-squats 5) TKE w/ fwd & bwd rech
