Spinal and Hip Mobility

This post showcases no equipment-based lower limb and spinal mobility exercises, which can be used to promote recovery and prevent injury!

As you can tell from our health tips, it's no secret we love a bit of mobility! Anywhere, anytime, and we thought in the sun under the Sydney Harbour bridge would be the perfect place and time!

The exercises in this video:

1️⃣ Deep lunge pulses - lengthens out hip flexors (rear leg)

2️⃣ Single leg deadlift - hip stability and hamstring lengthening

3️⃣ Hip hinge toe-touches - stretch out those hamstrings!

4️⃣ Pigeon stretch - glute tightness and hip ER focus

5️⃣ Hip 90/90 shin twists - Hip ER/IR mobility

6️⃣ Lunge + Rotation - Hip flexors and thoracic rotation focus
