Top 3 Squat Tips!

Squatting….. Some find it such a dreaded word, some are scared of it, some love it!

In actual fact you likely squat much more than you know…

Every time you pick something off the ground… Every time you sit/stand up from a chair…

Yes, this movement happens quite a lot!

Poor squatting movements can excessively load our lower back and knees, and can lead to pain in these areas. This is why it is vitally important that we move and squat efficiently!

These tips will be particularly beneficial for our seniors, as well as those just starting out at the gym or working out at home.
